Long Jump & Triple Jump

I've done long jump but not triple jump.

my goal is to jump further than last year's jump at long jump and do my best at triple jump

1.) What I want want to achieve in shot put.What I  want to achieve is to throw as far as I can and give my best.

2.) How I currently feel about shot put? I don't like it but I don't hate it as well but I will like to give my best shot.
